Great product & Service

Just taken delivery of a triple bin store, and it’s great quality and looks good! I assembled it by myself pretty easily in around 4hrs.
I would definitely buy again from CTYBOX if I required another.
Their after sales was also very good supplying a missing part within days.

Twin Loft

Amazing customer service from start to finish, Molly has been fantastic answering all the questions I had for her and I do ask alot. Was a little worried as the service is all via email and no phone but if anyone was to order from here all I would say is don’t worry as they really take care of you and get back to you asap. The product itself has a nice finish and good standard.

Brilliant Product

Worth the wait, look really smart in my front garden, and assembly by CTYBOX was great, friendly and professional despite the 30 degree heat! Ordered some for the back garden as well, slightly addicted :)

Great Product

We had to wait a while between order & delivery but really happy with our new Loft binstore - the contemporary design is plain but eye-catching and it's well made. It took us a while to assemble ourselves, but that's more due to the quality of the product (i.e. "proper screws") than misleading/vague assembly instructions. We had reason to contact the after-sales service; their response was immediate and exemplary. So although this product comes in at the more expensive end of the spectrum, its quality means it will probably easily outlive the wooden binstores we've had previously.

Pure Loft

I ordered the product on the 02 April and it arrived on the 5th June and it was definitely worth the wait. I did not realise that the fitters came from Cardiff and I live in Surrey and they were so friendly and professional. I have got to say from start to finish the service has been amazing and really pleased with the quality of the product.

Absolutely fabulous product

Absolutely fabulous product, very easy to assemble and the quality is well worth the money spent. It makes my back garden look beautiful. Arrived on time, exactly as described. Everyone should have one!

Quad bin storage.

Pleased with my quad bin storage, great quality and build strength. It really improves the look of the area when you have 4 bins that can be hidden.

Impressed with the quality

I am very impressed with the quality of my wheelie bin storage. They are solid, very sturdy units, well made and have improved the look of the garden immensely. So nice to have the bins out of sight and focus move to the plants and flowers. I can highly recommend ctybox.

Great bin store! Highly recommend!

We have a 3 unit bin store and it is great! Very well fabricated, easy to put together and looks amazing. Lids / doors give easy and secure access. Our unit replaced a previous wooden one - the wooden one was over double the price and wasn't nearly as good as the unit we have now. Customer service also excellent. Highly recommend
